Little bumps? Like a rash? I have not heard of that as a symptom of a yeast infection. It commonly itches with a lot of thick white vaginal discharge. Be sure you actually do have a yeast infection. If not sure then go to a doctor or planned parenthood for complete STD panel of tests. If you think it is probably a yeast infection then take something over the counter like monistat three day (not the one day - it burns). Wait for week before having sex again. Look up all signs and symptoms of vaginal candida on a reliable health website. Good luck dearest.
