Okay, well my rack is a bit too big for a 14-year-old (Australian 14B, which is pretty much an American 36B or a British 36C) so when I run or even jog, wearing a soft-padded bra (no underwire), it jiggles, which is annoying me. Is there any way I can stop this?

i would wear a sports bra! i love the,. theyre really comfortable and hold everything down, but not so tightly youre uncomfortable. they sell these bras everywhere! just try it on before you buy it so its the right size!

I hate to say but if your breasts are not big enough, I don't think any bra would hold it firmly for you.
