nooo i like recently turned 13 about a week ago and i like just bumped up a cup maybe your just a slow grower or a fast one because theres no excact size you should be and besides be happy everybody just keeps saying nice boobs and think i stuffed my bra so be happy cuz i wanted big boobs too.....be careful what you wish for
