This has never happened to me before but the past 4 or 5 times my boyfriend and I have had sex I have just started getting random nosebleeds and they bleed really bad. I'm worried because I have never gotten a nosebleed before except when I had a sinus infection and it just seems like a lot of blood. I'm scared to have sex with him because I'm worried I'm going to get another nosebleed. Does anybody know why this is happening? Should I go see my doctor?

It sounds like it could be your blood pressure. Nosebleeds are common in people with high blood pressure. Even if you don't have it all of the time - sex obviously increases blood pressure and orgasms increase it a lot. I have seen cases where the man suffers a severe high blood pressure headache after ejaculating, and then soon after...the headache goes away. This may not be what is going on in your situation, but it is definitely possible. I would strongly suggest that you see your doctor, because there are other causes for nosebleeds, and it's better to be safe and get your issue resolved. See your doctor. So what is different about the last 4 or five times? Are you hydrated enough? IS the humidity the same? Are you using some new positions? Only you can answer these questions and I am sure that they are along the same line that the doctor is going to ask. You do need to go see a doctor though because you can bleed to death from a nose bleed. It could be something in the sinus cavity that cannot take the pressure from the strain.
