If it looks like clear stringy egg whites and very stretchy it means ovulation..or the time when you are most fertile and can get pregnant....be extra careful during that time if you dont want to get pregnant...if its white and creamy its just vaginal discharge and its normal for it to come out..especially when you're having sex...some women get a lot of discharge when they're pregnant but some don't...has to do with the extra hormones...if you think theres any chance you could be pregnant, take a test

It doesn't all stay in. no worries. If this is happening though on a regular basis without having sex it might be an STD. But if it is only after sex for a day or less than you are in the clear. One symptom of pregnancy is discharge but it usually happens everyday over excessively.
