What type of sickness do I have?

So when I woke up this morning I had a sore throat...it hurt when I swallowed, but not when I breathed. It persisted throughout the day and even now as I type. Meanwhile, I have lower leg pain...not so much a wound but the muscle is aching like mad. I didn't do anything to work my legs so I might have just slept wrong, but muscle pain is a sign of strep throat, from what I read. My abdominal region hurts a little less but I still feel a little pain when I flex.

I have an unusually small appetite today. I still feel hunger but in much smaller doses than usual. I have headaches-the type where your vision sort of clouds over and you have to close your eyes and just rest.

I'm normally very, VERY hyper, but I've been feeling lethargic today...but not to the point where I'm totally inactive. I can still type normally, and use the computer. I don't really feel sick, but I'm definitely showing symptoms.

I normally have a fairly strong immune system, and haven't been sick for a year, so I have no clue what to eat, take, etc. My parents are doctors, but my mom is out shopping and my dad is working overnight at the hospital.

I'm a twelve year old girl and currently attend school-should I stay home or go to school tomorrow?

I wouldn't go to school tomorrow, you sound like you have strep-throat. and that is very contagious without medication. You also seem very sick, and you probably won't make it through the school day. I would talk to your mom when she get's home, and I hope you feel a whole lot better soon! :)

first... If there is no parent to see you,dont take anything... Second see if you have a fever, if so STAY HOME!!! Third: try to get good rest, dont stay up too late!

I would go to the hospital just in case
