Urinating problems :/ ??!!

Sometimes when I go to the bathroom whether I poo or pee sometimes I get this tingley sharp sharp crampy feeling in my lower abdomen and it kinda hurts esscepcially when I poo. And even before I go to the bathroom it hurts really badly.
What could be wrong?
