Many people fall asleep with their contacts in, it is no big issue. As long as you remove them and allow your eyes to recover you will be alright to wear them 2m.

its not the end of the world. Your eyes will rehydrate themselves. I wear Ortho-K Hard Contacts and my eyes dry up but after awhile it rehydrates back.
