Today I had really bad racing thoughts which then turned into a really anger voice called Jamie telling me kill someone, anyone to save the world. I bought a knife but panicked and onyl threatened my boyfriend with it. Then Jamie got angrier and said I was bad for not doing what he told me to and he told me I had to kill myself. I panicked and cut myself in the hope he would shut up but he didn't so I ran to the hosptial emergency room to tell them I was suicidal. He stopped shouting at me by this point but I could hear him walking across my head back and forth, he was mad at me I could tell. I know now he still is and I know he is watching me waiting to come back again. I'm going to tell the crisis team all this when they arrive and how scared I am. But what will they do? I'm scared of them not letting me go home. Thanks x

you need to get medical help asap. do not worry about if they will keep you. they will help you.

Get to a psych ward, they will probably end up putting you on medication to control your thoughts. It may seem bad to be on medication but i have had a long time being on the current ones i am on. Being bipolar isn't too fun but if you start hearing voices afterwards or seeing things i recommend going back to the hospital and not cutting yourself.

Schizophrenia?? Look it up, read about it.... You need to get help or it wont go away. Take care!
