Weird thing happened to me while sleeping. Can you explain it

I was sleeping last night, and I had just fallen asleep. And in my dream, I had a feeling something bad was going to happen, the I woke up with a weird pain on my left slide (I was sleeping on it) I instantly thought it was appendicitis for some reason. Then I began to shake uncontrollably ( as if I were very cold) and could not speak or scream for help. It lasted for about 10 seconds What was this?

It could have been a night terror. I use to get them a lot as a kid. I felt pain sometimes. I have been having them a lot now if and when i'm sleeping alone (I was raped 8 months ago and I think that's why they are happening again). I shake really bad and sometimes feel aches and pains.
