Fishy smell after urinating

Right so when i wakeup i can smell fish (mild) and noticed that when i urinate it smells of strong fish and once i have peed thats me fishy for the day
so what i do is go to the toilet at 8:00am get in the bath then leave for collage and then dont go to the toilet till i get back at about 4:00pm (i have learnt to get used to it) is this normal becase i dont want to go to the toilet because of this smell any HOME fixes
im a 16 year old male
And could i ask because im always drinking lots of water but my pee is always dark and my skin is dry
Answer:
Ive had this twice. The first time it was too much alcohol and believe it or not the second time it was caused by to much garlic mayo.Its almost certainly going to be dietary.
