How can I improve more to get to my ideal weight

My ideal weight I would like to go down to is 120 pounds, I used to weight that before I started gaining weight and I was happy at that weight. Approximately how long might I take to get back down to that weight if I continue my good habits and dont go off track? I have been eating better, drinking lots of green tea and water, and moving a bit.......
So when i started my diet I was 139 lbs. I weighed myself today and I went down to 133 pounds =]
(I am 5'2"). My ideal weight I would like to go down to is 120 pounds, I used to weight that before I started gaining weight and I was happy at that weight. if you follow a healthy weight loss diet (not restricting calories to less that 1200 and exercising 3x a week) you should expect about a pound off a week, but that will vary based on water fluctuations-some weeks'll be less, some more.
try not to think so much about weight, focus more on how your body feels in your clothes and your energy level because the numbers are often deceiving :) you could be gaining muscle and losing inches, but the scale may not show your hard work-don't worry though, sounds like you're doing great <3

they really REALLY aren't healthy for you so if you see anything labeled healthy it isn't.
