Why aren't I losing weight

Also perhaps you've reached the lowest weight you're going to get without semi-starving yourself to death. You didn't say how tall you are and how much you weight.

give it time, losing weight can take ages!! regular cardio will improve your weight loss by a lot. If you've already lost weight from your diet before, then it must work.

A lot of people shy away from long questions that they don’t want to bother to read.
Plus if you look like a lunatic eating crappy frozen meals for both lunch and dinner, telling you that you’re doing it wrong would not help you much. One would have to explain to you how to do it right...which is hard to do without your stats...gender, height, weight, age, calorie intake, calorie expenditure...
Even with that info, my answer could be long and maybe I could be busy and decide to answer it later or tomorrow (I have dinner to cook...because I cook, which incidentally is something you might think about doing).
