Why aren't I losing weight

For roughly 3 months I've been on this diet! It doesn't seem to work! (I lost 5 pounds the first few days then nothing!)
Nonetheless this is it :

I eat two frozen meals per day for lunch and dinner. For breakfast everyday I eat an apple. I run at night (5 miles per hour.) For like 30 min. It's slow but I just started running again and need to get back in it.
What am I doing wrong? Am I just impatient? It's been 3 months though! Please help!
Btw, as far as vegetables & meat the frozen meals claim to contain enough veggies and meat per day.

You should start measuring yourself in addition to weighing yourself. Muscle weighs alot more than fat does, and you could be tighting up and toningup without the number on the scale going down. Also, a good trick is to "keep you metablism guessing" by switching up the foods you eat! So continue to make healthy choices but eat a variety of diffrent kinds of food!
By the way, vegatbles are a much betetr choice then fruit, although its healthy it is still full of sugar, even though there natural sugars they should still be consumed in moderation

Those "diet" meals are deceiving. I was looking for one recently and wound up buying a regular one because it had fewer calories. Read the labels.
