And why do i get tired when i do cardio? i'm new to the gym thing. i'm female. 5.6 height and 125 lb weight.

i'm not really over weight but would like to reduce my belly fat. will cardio help me, if i continue???

make sure you're eating and resting properly, if you are you could just be tired because your body isn't used to what you're doing yet. you lose weight by expending more calories than you consume so make sure you have a good diet cos that's the mot important part. as well as the cardio try adding in some resistence training (weights) as it's been proven to actually burn more calories than cardio provided you do it properly. good diet + rest + exercises = results and you should feel more energetic rather than tired :)
