I have been going to the hospitals, immediate cares, and my doctors for over a month now. The reason because I have been very dizzy, on and off and very tired for about a month. I was at the ER the other day and the nurse told me my RBC was a little low but not much. The doctor however told me it was nothing to worry about. I am still dizzy and very tired. I am worried it could be cancer??

I use to have the same thing when I was younger. Go to the pharmacy and ask for iron supplements it's under $10. Give it a week and you'll start to feel better.

I have low blood iron and I get that too. I wouldn't think that it's cancer as these are common symptoms but if you are worried get it checked out.
